Leave what Hinders & Gain what Matters
About Grace Matters
We can't deny that the world has changed rapidly and it seems as though things are getting more chaotic as time goes on. Though we shouldn't be surprised when we see chaos unfold around us, we can't always help falling victim to the fear and busyness that life brings. Because of this, we can get bogged down and overwhelmed with the pressures of the world, and lose sight of what’s important.
As believers, it can be too easy to take our eyes off the Lord and dwell on the world around us and the trials in our own lives; it gives way to fatigue, stress, anxiety, fear and even despair. Jesus does not intend for us to live this way but wants us to live in the freedom that he brings!
At GM Ministries, we believe that many of our concerns come from our lack of time spent in the word. This isn’t something to be ashamed of though. We're human beings and we will always struggle with the tug-of-war between the world and our faith.
Our aim is to provide a space where people can escape the world, for a moment, and delve into the word of God.
Each week there will be a new Bible study to follow, along with a library of previous studies, podcasts and sermons all focused around Christian living and theology etc. There's no subscription or sign up required, but you might want to join our mailing list to keep up to date with each post.
Our future vision for GM Ministries, is to help connect churches through our 'Church network'. Here we will promote and advertise the different events/services at each church, as well as host gatherings aimed at praying together to impact each local area. The church should be a functioning body that is aware of one another, not the fragmented and separate entity that it has become. We believe that churches need to be giving thanks and praying both for and with one another - working together as a healthy body should. From this, we hope that the church can once again really impact the surrounding communities, that so desperately need Christ.
Thank you & God bless!
